The room was super cozy and had a cool vibe. It had all the essentials like AC, a mini-fridge, and even a comfy sofa bed for chilling out 😊. I had an awesome time here!

make sure you stay in the triple room with a canopy bed, the bedroom, for instance. tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator are a nice touch. the staff are attentive, managed the parking onsite.

In a hotel like this - mould is unacceptable.

The location was magnificent and lovely, near to the duomo, Uffizi gallery, and Boboli Gardens. When it was hot outside we decided to visit Fountain Wine Bar, nice place to chill.

The location of this place was convenient as it was near major attractions, and we enjoyed a meal at a nearby restaurant called Eat.

Everything was perfect, incredible location really close to city sites and the nearby piazza della repubblica where there was always an interesting artist or performer to enjoy, really great experience. All the staff was accommodating, settled my issues.

That the shower pressure was inconsistent, sometimes dropping unexpectedly. Additionally, it would have been convenient if they allowed for a later check-out time, as it would have provided more flexibility for guests with business trips.
